How it works
Four steps from the spreadsheet you have today to a workflow that runs on its own.
- 1
Choose your automation
Browse ten templates built for common business tasks. Each one lists the data it needs, the integrations it supports and whether it uses AI.
- Templates for orders, payments, stock, leads, invoices, support, reports, schools and shipping
- Starter runs one workflow at a time; Pro runs up to five
- 2
Connect your data source
Upload the export you already have — CSV or Excel — or send rows from your own system to the workflow's signed webhook.
- Files up to 2 MB and 5,000 rows; column names are matched automatically
- Webhooks are authenticated with a per-workflow secret
- Direct connections to WhatsApp, Shopify, courier APIs and accounting software are on the roadmap and clearly marked as coming soon
- 3
Configure rules and permissions
Set thresholds, schedules in your timezone, conditions on any column, and who receives results. Run a test on demo data or your own file before anything is sent.
- Test runs simulate emails and webhooks — nothing leaves the system
- Customer reminders are opt-in and sent at most once per record per day
- Only workspace owners and admins can change automations
- 4
Activate and monitor
Activated workflows run on schedule or when data arrives. Every run records what it found, what it sent, and why anything failed.
- Failed runs can be retried once the cause is fixed
- Usage and AI quota are visible on your dashboard
- Pause or change a workflow any time; changes apply immediately
