The service
Aitomately provides automation templates, a workflow engine and optional AI features. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of the service until released.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity in your workspace. You must have the right to upload the data you use, and permission to contact people you send reminders to.
Plans and billing
Starter is $5/month or $50/year; Pro is $15/month or $150/year; Custom plans are quoted separately. Prices exclude taxes, messaging fees and third-party charges. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Fair use
Plan limits, including the Pro AI fair-use allowance, apply as described on the pricing page. We may suspend workflows that harm the service or other customers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, harassment, unlawful collection of personal data, or to contact people who have not agreed to be contacted.
No guarantees of results
Automations help with routine work; they do not guarantee business or financial outcomes. Review important outputs — such as invoices and purchase lists — before acting on them.
