AI usage policy

When AI is used

AI is optional and off by default for every workflow. When enabled, it is used for short tasks: classifying messages, drafting short text, summaries, basic data extraction and simple recommendations.

Included AI on Pro

• Pro includes up to 300 AI operations per billing month and 20 per calendar day. Each operation accepts up to 1,000 input tokens (and 2,000 characters of ordinary text) and returns up to 500 output tokens. Unused operations do not roll over.
• Not included: long-document analysis, large batch processing, continuous or open-ended agents, web research, deep multi-step reasoning, image/audio/video processing, fine-tuning or training.
• An AI operation is one bounded model request. A workflow run makes at most five AI requests.

When limits are reached

Included AI requests stop and you are notified. You can wait for the reset, or use your own API key. We never continue charging requests to our account silently, and we only switch to your key if you have explicitly enabled that option.

Bring your own key

You can use your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. Your provider bills you directly; we do not add an AI usage fee. Keys are encrypted and used only for your workspace.

Safeguards

AI output is shown to you or attached to results; it cannot choose recipients, change amounts or trigger privileged actions. Instructions inside your data are not followed as commands. Review AI output before relying on it.
