Run history
Starter: 30 days. Pro: 90 days. Custom: as agreed (default 365 days). Older runs and their logs are deleted automatically.
Uploaded data
We keep the five most recent uploads per workflow. Earlier uploads are deleted when a new file is uploaded. Deleting a workflow deletes its uploads.
AI usage records
Counts, token numbers and estimated costs are kept for 13 months for billing and abuse prevention. Prompt and response text is not stored in usage records.
Account data
Kept while your account is active. When you delete your workspace, its data is deleted; backups roll off within 30 days.
Sales and support requests
Kept for 24 months, then deleted unless an active customer relationship requires them.
