Who we are

Aitomately provides business automation software. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use our website and service, and why.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, business name and a hashed password.
• Business data you upload or send to workflows (for example order lists, receivables or student fee records). You decide what to upload; we process it only to run your automations.
• Usage data: workflow runs, AI usage counts and audit logs needed to operate, secure and bill the service.
• Sales inquiries: the details you submit through our contact form.

How we use data

To provide and secure the service, enforce plan limits, send the notifications you configure, respond to support and sales requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

AI processing

If you enable AI steps, limited text from your data is sent to the AI provider you or your plan uses (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) to perform the requested task. See our AI usage policy.

Sub-processors

Hosting, email delivery, payment processing and AI providers process data on our behalf. [List your providers here before launch.]

Retention

See our data retention page. You can delete workflows and uploaded data at any time; deleting your account removes your workspace data.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and export your workflow results. Contact us to exercise these rights.
