Questions
What counts as an AI operation?
One bounded request to an AI model for one task — for example, classifying a batch of up to five messages or writing one summary. If a workflow needs several requests, each one counts.
What happens when I reach the AI limit on Pro?
Included AI stops until the allowance resets (daily at midnight, monthly on your billing date). Your rule-based automations keep running. You can wait, or add your own AI key — we never continue on our account without telling you.
What does “bring your own key” cost?
Your AI provider bills you directly for the requests made with your key. We don't add a usage fee on top. Supported providers today: OpenAI and Anthropic.
Are WhatsApp messages included?
No. WhatsApp messaging is on our roadmap and will require your own WhatsApp Business account; Meta charges its own conversation fees. Email notifications are included.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time. To move to a plan with fewer workflows, pause the extra workflows first.
How do I pay from Pakistan?
Card payments are processed by our payment provider where available. If online payment doesn't work for your business, talk to sales and we'll arrange an eligible billing method.
